Coaching school leaders: I am a professional (Level 7 ILM) coach, currently working alongside a large number of school leaders across the UK. My strength-based leadership coaching provides a thinking space which helps leaders to look longer term and reflect deeply on their practice and context. Incisive questions help unlock issues and move purposefully forwards.

School improvement advice: schools ask me to lead curriculum reviews; support with SEFs & Improvement Plans; evaluate teaching & learning, develop reading programmes, suggest character education programmes; advise on improving behaviour systems & reducing exclusions; design strategy for safeguarding & SEND; support around Ofsted.

Recent work: I am Deputy CEO for the Oxford Diocese Schools Trust, supporting 43 headteachers, leading CPD and training for heads and chairs of governors and delivering the NPQSL.
