About

I’ve been a school leader for more than twenty-five years and was a headteacher for nearly a decade. I led schools in challenging contexts, and my experience was in Trusts supporting both primary and secondary phases. I have always used a coaching and mentoring role with my teams, and I love supporting school leaders to develop and grow.

I am Deputy CEO for the Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust. I support 42 headteachers, co-ordinate CPD and professional training for heads, work closely with chairs & governors, and deliver the NPQH and NPQSL in tandem with the CofE Foundation for Educational Leadership.

I love supporting school leaders to become stronger, more authentic leaders. As an ILM Level 7 Coach, I work closely with school leaders here and overseas to support their own professional development. When not in school, you’ll find me writing, or in the hills with my dog.
